This is a real ■■■■ of a problem to try to diagnose. It’s not like another bug which is triggered by a certain set of actions, conditions, a plugin, etc. It’s possible to go in and try different things to trigger it. This is a bug that once you get it, you have that ■■■■ for life, like herpes. There’s no going back to try to experiment and figure out what caused it.
