Community folder is not working

I installed Msfs in disc D/program files/official/onestore. There are some files but there isnt community folder.

COMMUNITY folder is in D/wpsystem but it is not working.

I have dvd box version
Please help

Start the sim. Go to Options -> General -> Developers and turn on Developer mode.
Under Tools in the upper left-hand menu select Virtual File System
Expand Watched Bases, you will see the path to your Community folder there.

I was found D/program files/community but there was not this folder.
I was create this folder community in program files and i put my liveries.
But it does not work.
In content manager i see my added liveries but it is 0kb and i cant run it
