I have to write my anger off… finally, I was able to buy my own plane! First mission as a ‘freelancer’… plane spawns in front of a hangar, and ALT+P gives me nothing, so, after paying 1500 to relocate… I threw that away.
Next mission then… I start, had to relocate of course because the other one spawns me in the wrong place. Again, 1500. Now my controls are somehow busted. I have to restart the game.
After restarting, controls working, i take off, everything fine and even managed to tune into the frequency to start saying at every airport that i’m overlfying…
But hey, thats weird… if i change back after flying over… no more options. I can change frequencies all i want but… nothing. Well okay, lets accept the fines then for no announcements, maybe it all starts working when im in the approach again.
Of course, it doesnt start working and of course, i end up at some airport with an unbelievable short runway. I’m on final with a smooth 65, flaps down, touch the runway… SUDDEN STOP.
Landing gear broken… but… HOW?! I must have been below 150 fps or somehting. No ALT+N for me either, no pushing back…
So i have to abort mission… got a sick feeling in my stomach… and yes… 25.000 for repairing the gear i didnt even destroy myself!
So… now back to the grinding again, until i have money for the landing gear…
sigh this game… i wanted to play it so badly…
