ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
While cropdusting in an AT-802 I was suddenly sucked into the stratosphere by a very large and ridiculously strong thermal, starting at 200-250 ft AGL.
The weather was, graphically, very convective so it was probably a thermal simulation gone haywire.
I was eventually at >10k feet, in full reverse, full flaps with airspeed pegged at 120 knots, 25-45 degrees nose down - and climbing rapidly. I traversed about 7 nm away, downwind, but did not escape this updraft.
Going 5 nm upwind of where it first occured eventually got me out.
