I’ve noticed this issue on a PC as well, particularly when importing a complex plan into 2020 legacy aircraft (but also sometimes occurs with native 2024 ones) and making changes to it. It doesn’t always happen, so it’s not easy to replicate, but I can confirm that this sometimes causes stutters that often persist until the sim is restarted.
Are you on SU3 or 4 ? Because I had this issue on SU3 with any kind of FPL and It seems to be solved on SU4
I just created a flight plan in the external planner, saving it for import into the sim.

When I clicked Fly I found it was taking much longer than usual to spawn into EGLC, and in Task Manager I noticed my CPU was absolutely hammered by MSFS.
It was at 98% at one point, but it did eventually spawn me in. Getting about 53fps on the ground, which is pretty good for London. I’m not getting any actual stuttering as yet.
Took off, and I’m following the flight plan, again no stutters. This is on SU4b, by the way.
I carried on flying until I was South East of Clacton, on the way to the mainland, pegged at 60fps, and no stuttering.
Ah im Xbox so still on SU3
