Computer locking up mid flight

I have a 12th gen 12700H Lenovo Laptop with 3050 Invidia hardwired GPU. When flying after 1/2 hr or so lockup and GPU error closes everything. I have everything set in Windows and Nvidia to performance. Flying with power plugged in and Nvidia either on Optimus or GPU only. Alt R shows GPU running 99% and CPU 5 to 25% usually.

Do people with like model computer have any suggestions.

I have dialed back Graphics options in MSFS 2020 and still get CTD’s.

All suggestions are welcome. Just want 20fps and no computer lockups.
