What size power supply do you have?
With that setup I would recommend an 850 watt supply. 650 would probably work but you don’t want to push it.
For your 3080 board, make sure both 8 pin connectors are fed from separate cables to the power supply. Don’t use a single cable with dual plugs. It defeats the purpose.
Also do a check on you memory. A bad dim will cause a shut down as well.
