Thank you Grabber. I was using Windows 11 but to try, i just downgraded to windows 10 again. But my issue still continues. I also reset my BIOS. After new Updates of Similation, started to living this problem… I really got crazy… 
As you see that frame is insane leves. Even I set limitation in Similation and GPU app.
I see you have AMD components. I wouldn’t be of much help drilling down anything beyond basic BIOS and OS stuff, since I am not familiar with AMD hardware.

Thank you very much really for your reply. I’m thinking that because of updates of Similation. Because I flew million hours before, without problems.
