From what others have said, this issue doesn’t seem to be confined to just the configure button.

Are there other buttons not working? Let us know and we will get this escalated.

Cannot replicate or maybe I missed something (ms-store) ?:

It looks like that all of these right buttons do not work,. Configure in Aircraft menue, Reset to default in settings, release notes in main menue. There is not even the click sound when hovering with the mouse over them.

For someone having the issue, if you are able to provide a short video of it occuring, it will help us greatly!

Cannot repro on my PC. Using the mouse, I successfully reached the configuration page of the Bonanza G36, returned to the aircraft selection view, selected the A310-300, clicked on configure which changed to the configure view, switched between liveries, variant, fuel & payload, & Identification, all without issue:

I also have the problem that I cannot access the configuration menu with the mouse. It only works for me using the keyboard and the “F” key. So it definitely seems to affect several users.

Can you confirm what platform you are on and what other peripherals you have plugged in?

Also confirming you are on a vanilla state?

I have installed a lot of add-ons, so it’s definitely not in vanilla state. I can disable all add-ons later using Addons Linker to see if that helps.

Apart from my mouse and keyboard, I only have my Xbox controller connected. I’m playing the PC MS Store version.

Configure button is working for me on Xbox X

Working for me, PC _ MS Store version

Its not working for me. Steam version

Same as some others , cannot access the configuration menu with the mouse.

Only works when using the keyboard and the “F” key

Can not reproduce on Xbox. Mouse works. Controller works. Keyboard works

yep same here mouse click doesn’t work F key works

Found a potential culprit. If you’re having issues with the configure button, see if you have Deel’s “HideThisMessage” addon (or similar) installed, the one we needed to remove the “exit aircraft” and other messages during SU4 beta.

It should no longer be needed now in SU5 anyway I think.

Removing that fixed the issue for me. Hope that helps.

I do NOT have this add-on installed and I’m still experiencing the issue. However, I do have Flow Pro installed (and it is not working, but probably not unexpected). I will remove Flow Pro and try without it in my Community folder.

EDIT: Flow Pro is working after clicking on the main sim menu icon for it a few times. Normally in SU4 I have it set to load in automatically and suppress the default sim menu.

After disabling all my add-ons via Addons Linker, I was able to open the configuration menu with my mouse. I then re-enabled all add-ons except for the “HideThisMessage” add-on. This also fixed the issue for me. Now I can open the menu without any problems. Thank you for the tip!

We have a group of about 5 people who fly together and have a similar problem. A couple of us have a problem configureing the tail number. We type the new tail number in and when we leave the field either by tab or enter it reverts back to what it had. Any idesa?
