Confirmed am having the same issue, PC Marketplace version. Will test later removing all addons, and will test on Xbox. I don’t have the HideThisMessage addon. Only peripheral at the moment is a TCA sidestick.
To all that experience this issue, make sure to test disabling all your addons (community+marketplace) and report back if it you still experience it or not.
There is a video capture of this bug. I have disabled all community addons (forgot to disable marketplace ones but it’s just a couple of aircraft and sceneries, nothing that affects UI).
Have also discovered the bug applies to other screens where there are two buttons on the bottom left of the screen. The left works with the shortcut and from mouse click, but all the buttons on the right only work via keyboard shortcut (Release Notes, World Photographer etc).
Removed //42 Flow and this issue went away - seems to be a layer that Flow puts over the UI to hide some undesirable buttons (like the stuff that shows up during walkaround which Flow hides automatically). Cannot replicate this issue with a fully vanilla sim.
Yep you’re correct. I thought I had it removed, turns out I had only disabled it. Flow is the source of the issue here.
Even I removed //42 Flow, the bug still exists. (please do not ping Community Managers)
Remove everything from your Community folder entirely.
Cannot replicate on my PC install. I suspect this bug is dependent on chosen screen resolution. I think it will be helpful for the devs if members report what resolution they are using (in my case 3840x2160).
No problems with the “configure” button here, Steam version. I have a lot of add-ons installed but nothing that modifies the UI like Flow or HideThisMessage.
After removing the folder ‘p42-util-flow-pro’ from community, everything is back to normal.

I also got my Configure button working again after removing the WalkAround removal addon.
This is a different solution to that referenced by the OP, so it looks like several addons are causing the same problem.
1 tag is required - add them in the tag section next to the title above:

Does this issue persist with an empty community folder? For all other reports I’ve seen (and experienced myself) this is 100% an addon conflict (most commonly with either //42 Flow or an addon from FS.to which aims to hide certain UI elements in a session).
