@ExceededBull193 That’s fantastic news! I just wish you knew what he/she actually did, as that could be quite educational for the next person who has similar issues. Do you think there might be a way to recreate that information, perhaps even by calling/chatting with the support people again, or even a careful perusal of your settings to see what might have changed?
