Details on both at the HTC Vive website but the Focus 3 is wireless, has an active cooling fan, and inside-out tracking. The Pro 2 is wired and uses Lighthouse tracking. Focus 3 is intended for commercial applications like VR arcades, remodelers and architects, etc. Pro 2 is more of a prosumer/commercial use headset but if you already have Lighthouses and wands is reasonably priced.
