It looks like that is the way the approach is designed. The only feeder fix shown for the ILS is MCT, then outbound on the localizer and a procedure turn inbound.
In reality, ATC will likely be vectoring you to final one you reach DAYNE. But own-nav, this is going to be the correct routing.
Generally, I wouldn’t file or plan an approach as that’s something that’s going to be determined as you get closer to the airport, at least in the US.
