Connection always lost. Are the servers down?

I am the only one who cant log in atm?
Im greeted with this message every time i start the sim:

I tried emptying the community folder, restarting my rooter and a different internet connection.

Yes, same here. Doesn’t really matter because on the few occasions it does connect it crashes to desktop after a few minutes anyway. I don’t understand the people on this forum who say “just be patient, Asobo will sort it out in another update in a few days/weeks/months.” This game cost a lot of money for some of us. It should just work and if it doesn’t then don’t release the update.
They have raked in millions from PC and now Xbox users and they are scamming us with a product that is not fit for purpose.

Okay… then the problem isn’t on my end

Update: i had to log out and log in again inside the xbox app,
its working now.
