When making a request for a connection to the ramp on an airport, the vehicle is positioned at the door of the aircraft but remains only 20 Seconds, can not keep the plane at the ramp the time you want as for the telescopic bridges. ?

Yes, that is an issue.
For PC there is a mod, but unfortunately not for x-box yet.
If you want this looked into, bear in mind Asobo/MS does not monitor the forums to find and fix issues.
To get it looked intoyou will need to enter a Zendesk support ticket from the Support tab at the top of each forum page.
In there look for Submit a Request.
Cross refer your post to your request and add the request # to your post.
After that, the more votes here, the closer to the top of the triage list it gets.
