I had that feeling too but even with all Data stuff turned off, no other planes be it real players or AI. No PG or texture streaming (it looks like cr*p) it still does the freezes in exactly the same quantity, duration and coordinates. Surely if it was network or data related, using those settings would at least REDUCE the freezes a bit or change the pattern, but it was EXACTLY the same regardless of settings.
