Consistent Go-Back / Return Button

Depending on which menu you are in, the RETURN (they call it Go Back) button can be 3 or 4 different buttons. Please make this button consistent in all menus, and not one of the controller buttons. For example, it could always be the BACKSPACE keyboard key, or the Windows standard for “Return” is [Enter] for save and return, or [Esc] for don’t-save and return.

There are other inconsistencies in the menus. Please make them standardized/consistent.

Better yet, make all of the menu navigation actions assignable.

Also the ability hit [Enter] here and other places so’s you don’t have to grab the mouse. In other words, the ability to navigate the menus with the keyboard.

Hi there,
Would it be possible to edit your first post and share a few screenshots of the back/return buttons you’re referring to?
Thanks!

Streamline the MSFS user interface so that key and mouse usage is consistent and key presses/clicks are minimized. For example, use the same key everywhere to go-back/return/close/exit (and consistent terminology). Another example, reduce the number of key/mouse strokes it takes to shut down MSFS from 4 clicks to 1 click. The current interface is more labor intensive than it needs to be.

Examples are on the post.
