I bought it the other day and it has been stable for me. Also bought Glasgow and Edinburgh by the same developer, all very stable on Xbox Series X (see my comment a few positions above).
I must say though, this past weekend has been among the most stable for me in general. I’m sure these airports can be performing worse if you are unlucky with server performance and such.
