I actually had ‘texture resolution’ set at medium, but moving it to high didn’t appear to have impacted my fps at all, so I’ll leave it there until something comes along that suggests I ought to change it again.
That is just sat on the ramp at Pyreegue’s EGNX, in the default Vision Jet, and I’ve yet to give it a flight, so can’t really say what the impact on visuals might be.
Yes, yes, yes. The first flight of the day is OK. Still stutters on approach and departure. But after an hour or more. The next flight almost always CTD. I have to restart my PC.

• Activate FPS graph, watch the bandwidth rate. My system shows low bandwidth values when i see the shuttering. If this is happening it’s not your system it is the MSFS 2024 server.
Sadly the issue still persists for me. Not resolved yet.
I saw a YT video stating to keep the Texture quality to Medium. It seems to work for me but I am using a 3rd party fps controller in addition.
I don’t have this problem anymore even on all ultra settings, but a friend of mine developed a stutter problem after the patch. For him, it went away after turning off marine/sea traffic. It may be a separate stutter issue but it might be worth trying for those who are experiencing stutters.
Same issue here. Game braking stutters after 5 to 10 minutes of free flight when in VR. Occurs especially once approaching the ground again after having flown for a little.
Pretty much everywhere. Some area worse than others, for example the Salt Lake City area. This occurs irrespective of the level of details chosen, even with the absolute minimum.
Specs above the highest settings (4090, 14700K).

Departure airport big or small, traffic, take off, climb, cruise, descent, all smooth and stutter free. Right on final that last 100ft to touchdown I get stutters and then once I roll out it’s back to smooth and no stutters… specifically just on final…
Even in a asobo cesna 172 I’ll get stutters as I’m about to touch down but every other phase of flight before or after that it’s smooth and great…
Not sure if it stutter due to latest patch or server/ streaming issue on asobo end
This particular stutter issue was fixed in the Dec 20th patch.
