I am able to
Download ORBX and other 3rd party payware items to my community folder however, All my purchased items from the marketplace are unable to be downloaded and either get stuck in the downloader or register they are installed but never appear in game with the plug in logo.
I have cleaned out my community folder in case of conflict and have tried a fresh install, it’s been an issue before the last world update and after. I use the Microsoft store version.
