Hello,
I was unable to properly install the simulator from the store. Only the standard version worked. But I can download the other versions (Deluxe Premium , AIrplanes etc) in the ingame content manager.
All but one fix has worked. How can I download this update? Who can help me?

This will always be the case. It is main core files for MSFS of which you already have installed. This you can ignore. 
What you see in the Content Manager is not an update—it's the core content of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
