I plan on doing a clean install of the sim and do not want to go through the headache of re-mapping my custom keys to my controller/yoke. Does anyone know where the key binding file location is?
I think all the controller profiles you make are stored in the cloud.

I had a failure to run problem yesterday and ended up doing an uninstall, wipe install directory, and fresh install. Happily, my controller settings were retained. Not an answer for your question, but perhaps as @DORRAGER said, it is in the cloud.
keybindings ARE stored in the cloud. They will return untouched if you re-install the sim. I have re-installed the sim many times and they always come back.

That’s at least what it’s being said. Although on certain instances I have witnessed stuff mysteriously slipping off the cloud in that regard. X-box controller ehem ehem
A year late, but they are in the input folder in the SteamApps\common\MSFS2020 if using Steam. I save the input folder in case I lose keybindings.
