I expect they could be. While my Alpha and Bravo yoke and throttles were not already configured in the Alpha, my Thrustmaster rudder pedals were for some reason. Whatever, I have hand written notes of all my controller bindings, both for 2D and VR use on file, so it won’t be the end of the world if I have to redo them all on release day.
This utility works great!
I have exported the binding setup for all my devices and profiles into excel files. Now I have an easy way to just go through the list and set them up manually again in MSFS2024.
Thanks a lot!
I used the utility to export the excel files, but they don’t seem to show the sensitivity curves. So I did screen shots of those. So I have everything I need. The big question is whether the sensitivities will be the same, but it should be a good place to start.
Good question on sensitivities. While I am too capturing them from 2020, I may leave the 2024 defaults at first to see if there are any controller specific setting or improvements in 2024. Then tailor from there. Cheers!
Baby steps!
In 2024 now and this peripherals menu is absurdly complicated. Makes no sense, even with reading this.
Agree. Complete headache. Will take me days to figure all that silliness out!
