I have a two part question, first off I am a noob sorta, I have played flight sim years ago and just started back a few months ago (now flying via Xbox Series S) and I am learning and trying to soak up as much as possible. I have been flying with an awesome guy I found on here and have continued to experiment and trying different things.
I have recently switched to from just the Controller to Controller with Keyboard & Mouse to make it easier. However, I have found printable control schematics but they don’t look complete. I just need the Keyboard schematics, does anyone have an accurate copy of those?
The second part of the of the question is (I have been watching tons and tons of flight vides with regard to setting the auto pilot and operation of the G-1000, etc. I can operate it and am learning how to do flight plans, etc. I watched a video where a guy used the screen to set up ILS landing and programmed and setup the screens. Here is the question though, I have bought a few books but they aren’t necessarily a step by step. Yes, I realize using the books you can still accomplish the same things but I learn better by doing. And following along while flying just is too hard.
Does a step by step guide to programming the auto pilot, ILS, and other settings exist? I know that’s probably a dumb question to an experienced sim pilot, but I am still learning and just trying to learn and have fun - realistically as possible since I’ll never be able to actually fly due to my health.
