AFIK there are no manuals at all. There are lots of G1000 detail videos on youtube, try SimHangar, KipOnTheGround and others.
Make sure you have the G1000 NXi mod installed, without it the G1000 is poor.
Once you know the basics of G1000, the next one up, the G3000 is easy
