Controls Options Filter broke

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

  1. Enter Options then Controls Options.
  2. Select any control (Keyboard, Mouse, Flight controller, etc.)
    Notice Default Filter is ASSIGNED
  3. Expand.
    Unassigned controls are displayed when ASSIGNED is the selected Filtered.

PC specs for those who want to assist (if not entered in your profile)
10th Gen Core i7
RTX 3080
32GB RAM

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.18.13.0
Are you on the Steam or Microsoft Store version?

Did you submit this to Zendesk? If so, what is your ticket #?
Why? They are ignored.

Primary explanation:
The default “ASSIGNED” Filter is not processed upon loading Controls Options.

Workaround:
Selecting a different filter (All, Essential) will update the listed controls and when selecting ASSIGNED again will display the assigned controls.

On version 1.18.14.0 same issue - filtes display unassigned combinations when ASSIGNED is selected, very annoying when looking for something

Another issue in the Control Options menu is that it no longer highlights buttons as they’re pressed. It was a useful feature to ensure I assigned the correct key to the correct function.
