The current application gives me high load and fan activity on my HP laptop (16G, SSD, MX330, i7), the fan is blowing continuously, also when not flying. Using a VSync frame limit of 20 FpS really helps, but 20FpS is already high load for my laptop graphics. So I wondered how to silence that fan… without actually having to restart MSFS every time…
The coolest place I can find in MSFS is Content Manager 
61 degrees, fan is nearly silent… my explanation why this is the case: the background Hangar rendering is completely blurred out here !
