Copy my MSFS settings to a friend's installation

I would like to copy my MSFS settings to a friend’s who just installed MSFS.
I mean assistance, controls etc, not aircraft or sceneries.
Is it possible and what files should I copy?

In the main MSFS folder those files are in the “SystemAppData” folder.
Copy the folder.

Sorry but can’t find a folder with that name in my C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator

Neither a AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\
or a AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe

It looks like for steam users it’s found here…maybe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR-USER-ID\1250410*
where 1250410 is steam id for MSFS.

Sorry! you didn’t mention Steam in your post, so I made the mistake of assuming, and gave the MS Store location.
You are correct. The bottom address is the location.
