is it allowed to use objects from the standard MSF2020 model lib in in my own scenery and distribute it - no commercial background only freeware.
Is it allowed to use photos of airport buildings as textures in your scenery without asking the airport manager and distribute it - no commercial background only freeware.

1st question
You are not distributing default objects, (they are compiled into default installation bgl files)
You are placing them in your package with tool provided by Asobo and Microsoft themselves with the SDK, so no problem here. You can do that and no one will bother, even in a commercial product

Ask a lawyer, Is the only one who can give you an answer.
