I haven’t tried in 2020 yet, but same here in 2024: the R22 shows as enabled and streamed in My Library, but is a no show in Free Flight. I disabled my Community folder, and all other streamed helicopters, in case something was running interference or the R22 was buried in another helicopter, but still a no show in Free Flight.
Oh well…
Yes, the R22 is in my “streamed folder” but I can’t find it. Most disappointing as I have been waiting weeks for the update in 2020 that allowed it to be streamed to 2024.
Does anyone know where it is hiding? 
I sure have not found it. Manage to fly it in 2020 yesterday at least. But the updated version should be 2.0 I think and thats not what I am flying.
Still very very good though…
