Yes i know i never used the toggle command before, but as of now any other command doesn’t work in the Da42 for me. When i tested it today i jumped in the Da50 and it worked as usual with the “set” command. I have the same stick profile for both. So something changed? Or my DA42 just randomly broke. I have to investigate further.
The behaviour is identical between the 42, default 40ng and 172 on my end.

- AP ON
- disengage toggle → AP off and cannot be turned on again
- disengage toggle → AP can be turned on again with the normal AP on commands or G1000 button
To simplify, In the DA42 “Set disengage” and “Autopilot off” commands stopped doing anything for me. But they work fine in other birds, like the 50. I have used them before in the 42 as well. Something broke on my end?
A reinstall and now the “set disengage” works again as before.
