CPT side navaid randomly tuned to 0.0

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: At random, the CPT side active navaid frequency will be set to 0.0. This happens on the Working Title Citation Longitude, iFly 737 Max 8, and the PMDG 737-800. It doesn’t seem to be affecting the ini A350, the Fenix A320, or the PMDG 777F, but not sure if it affects other aircraft as well. I have all related assistances and AI ATC off. Issue started happening around 2-3 weeks ago

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you: At least once per flight, often twice / thrice, most often near airports

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Do any flight, on the departure tune the navaids for one of the airport’s ILS frequencies

  2. Proceed on the flight as usual. After some time, the navaid should go to 0.0 in simconnect and be displayed as anything from 0.0 on the Longitude to 100.0 on either the iFly or the PMDG

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

MEDIA

Have you tested the Longitude with all your addons disabled (community/Marketplace) ?

Yep. Same with the PMDG and the iFly, though for those I had just the respective aircraft loaded, but all to no avail

I’ve never ever seen something like this. However, many cases of strange behavior can be tracked down to input from hardware controls settings or external software (for example AxisAndOhs or Mobiflight scripts). You should double-check all your controls settings.

Already have, can’t find anything bound to anything to do with radios and I don’t use any external software that could do this

Check your binding (or you can even delete it if you don’t use it) for “Set Nav1”:

It is the command that set the Nav1 to 0.00. Set Nav2 is not assigned to any command so no issue there.

Alright so as a matter of fact, I am stupid. This was the fix, I don’t know how I didn’t notice that Set Nav1 had a keybind associated but it in fact did. Will do a flight to confirm if it’s really fixed but probably will be. Big thanks!

Moved to User Support Hub since not a bug.
