Hello so whenever i am flying i get a CPU spike that doubles my Usage and drops my FPS by around 5-10. This happens only when flying over land and it is particularly bad when flying over regions such as the US East Coast or europe. Still exist in places like Thailand but much more minor.
I have done a clean reinstall of MSFS with no addons or World Updates and the problem persists. this dose not happen when the sim is paused. dose not happen when on the ground parked at the gate.
for context i had this issue pop up back in February this year with it seemingly going away by April. Now since September 6th the issue is back.
Would love some help if anyone knows the source of the stutter since i have kinda given up at this point after watching ever video and reading every forum post on how to fix it. I have an attached video to show as an example
