Looking at some specs on that processor, that 5.0GHz looks like a boost speed. No matter what you do I doubt it will sustain that speed very long, probably in the order of seconds.
A laptop processor, with integrated graphics, just won’t have the cooling necessary to sustain that speed, it’s more for getting a task out of the way quick before it heats up. That is why the base speeds are so much lower. If it ran as fast as it’s capable of sustained, it would burn itself up in a matter of minutes.
