MSI B550m pro-VDH wifi and a 5700X will give you great value especially as the 5xxx series can take advantage of PBO undervolting (e.g. with it my 5800X boosts over 5GHz). I suggest a cooler rated 185w or better in case you ever want to upgrade further.
PS. with this and your 1080ti I reckon 45-55 fps on mostly ultra settings should be do-able with no LOD issues, maybe even 60+ fps
