CPU saturation

If you’re using Windows 10, Windows Defender antivirus malware program runs in the background and is erratically using 5- 10-15% of an already heavily loaded CPU. Load demand fluctuates all over and is random. You can’t delete the malware program in task manager. There are ways to do it that are involved. If your CPU jumps around, goes to 100%, there’s not enough time to pass its instructions to the GPU, so graphics is underutilized. Watch the action in task manager.

You can add FlightSimulator.exe and the correct dir in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Packages to the exclusion though, by right-clicking the system tray icon and going to the security dashboard. Not too involved.

Brilliant! I’ll make the change and see what happens and report back. Thanks so much.
