Cool, thanks for the update. I have all my parts now except for the AIO cooler, which is only expected by the end of next week. What I bought:
- ASRock X670E PG Lightning
- Aforementioned 9800X3D
- ID-Cooling FX360 INF Cooler
- Gigabyte RTX 4080 Super OC. The size of this GPU finally meant the end of the line for my many years old Antec P180 case: it cannot accommodate the length of the GPU. So I got:
- Lian Li Lancool 216X case. Hoping for significantly better cooling than with the Antec
- GSkill Flare X Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5 6000
- Bought an extra 2TB WD Black SN850X NVMe. You can never have too much fast storage…
Other than running out of VRAM on my 10GB RTX3080, my current system is sort of OK with MSFS2024 so hoping for a nice boost…
