Windows store ran a background update to Gaming Services today while I was working in sim and boom, no more airplane noises.

I had three crashes the last two days. One while I was at the marketplace and two when flying. Once it was very annoying because it was short bevor landing after a 2,5h flight, which than was not counted in the log file. So I think it’s not dependent on a special situation in the FS.
The the crashes windows showed every time that game service was updated.
