If it crashes into a restart (especially if it’s a hard reboot) the likely culprit is a dodgy power supply, or overheating components.
A simple CTD (back to windows) can be all sorts of things, but if the system reboots completely, it normally points some hardware component being overloaded or a thermal / overvolt protection kicking in.
