If Fenix believes it to be an Asobo issue, they can raise it at the DevSupport site where the Dev Team can speak to it. And maybe point their customers towards it so a more accurate understanding can be had as to potential root cause. A lot of folks say “it’s an Asobo issue” but never really go beyond that, which is unhelpful in terms of improving the sim experience overall. What exactly is the issue? Getting down to brass tacks makes it more likely action could be taken to resolve.
