What if any 3rd party developer add ons do you have? (Community folder)

GPU?

GPU driver version?

Win 10 build? (Latest is 21H2 19044.1503)

The latest version is actually 1.22.2.0

Hello,
Disable live weather, traffic and multiplayer… I had the same issue yesterday

As udidwht mentioned, also, ensure your rolling cache is deleted.
Uninstall any 3rd party products you may have purchased through MS Store.

I have windows 11 Pro, the latest version clean install. And I have the Nvidia latest (not today’s) 511.23.

I will try deleting my rolling cache and turning off traffic and live weather.

thanks guys, hope this works.

Community folder is empty? Here I9 10900K GPU3080 Nvidia driver last version from today, and until now no issues since yesterday (already with around 8 flights and 10 hours done). Additional comment, I have tons of addons in Community folder, no issues also with all addons.

Actually, I just emptied out the community folder (to a backup folder) and I have 165GB of addons, all official, none of the free stuff.

I’ll try a flight in a bit, it was most likely my rolling cache, I don;t even remember turning that on, but I cleaned it out so we will see.

thanks

Ok, I’m back up and running, it was either the rolling cache, live weather or live traffic, or, something in my community folder…

I’m going to try adding all my addons back in and see what happens.

Thank’s Y’all!! I can now find the culprit.

solved!!

After updating the GPU drivers also flush the DirectX cache via ‘Disk cleanup’.

As for your add-ons add a few at a time then test.
