Crash to desktop when loading

Hello

I’m having this problem since I installed MFS2020. After the install It worked properly but now it doesn’t I get this on event viewer.

I have no mods on the community folder. I tried launching with reduced graphic settings and window mode.

My spec:
1070 8Gb
Rram 16Gb
I7 6700k 4Ghz

Unfortunately it’s a circular reference - MSFS is saying it crashed, and the reason is itself.

Check for Overclocked Components, pending Windows OS and MS-Store / XBox Gaming Updates. That’s some of the low-hanging tasks to try.

I did and still doesn’t work

Since it appears you have the MS-Store version, you could try a Repair on the app and see if that works.

I tried repairing and reset and neither of those worked

I was getting ctd’s every time I tried to load up a flight. So I uninstalled it then installed it again and it’s not crashing.

Tried and checked all of those.
Anything else we can do?

you increased the windows virtual memory (pagefile) already ?

Hi all,

I do have same issue. I did fresh installation on steam, buy and download microsoft flight simulator. It download succesfully and entering the game until microsoft account login. After entering credential, the screen was blurred and the game going force close suddenly. Try re-launch the game even with admin level. This game doesn’t even download additional package yet.

I search on forum/youtube and done some fix such as re-login xbox/microsoft/steam account, increase virtual memory, updating to latest vga driver/windows/xbox app, no overclocking, disable windows defender/firewall (no additional antivir installed).

All that try doesn’t fix my issue, game still force close few moment after entering the game. Anybody has another solution?
