When trying to update the game the launcher starts, it starts downloading then it redownloads the first file constantly never getting to 100% then the computer freezing…blue screen and restarts.
I have ZERO issues with any game out there, and i got all the latest official drivers. So must be something todo with FS2020… but what?
PC Specs:
Windows 11
AMD 5800X3D
Asus ROG Strix TOP LC 6900 XT
Asus ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING WIFI II
Corsair 64 GB DDR4-3200
Samsung 970 EVO Plus and 960 EVO Plus
Hopefully anyone knows how to fix this?

I found the issue to be the powersettings of windows (gaming mode, etc) to be the cause. I had 2 tools settings them when going into fs 2020, Asus tool and also System Mechanic. Just disabled the one in the last program and i also use the optimised internet settings in System Mechanic to solve the issues of the download speed to be all over the place before (just in fs2020 i couldnt repeat this problem in Steam or any other downloader), this solved the issue and increased my download speed too the max possible speed.
Toke me months to figure out what the cause was, happy to finally found it! Running @ 4K max settings quality mostly fixed at 100 fps with FSR 2, very happy

So currently i have game mode and HAGS turned OFF, is that what you have? i dont use those programs so i shouldnt have a conflict there.
