Crashes every flight after about 1 1/2 to 2 hours

MSFS2020 has been very stable for me for a very long time now but for the last 2 weeks or so I have been getting CTD on every flight after about 2 hours. I typically do flights of about 1- 1/2 hours but have recently been doing longer flights so this may have been an issue that I’ve had for longer and just hadn’t been flying long enough to notice but I suspect that it has only become an issue recently. I have removed all mods except for except for the glider that I’m flying and anything required to drive my peripherals (eg. bridge for Spad.Next etc.). I have checked all power management modes for USB peripherals (which are all on powered USB hubs.
I’ve tried everything that I can think of and as far as I’m aware have not updated anything on my PC.
If anyone can help me interpret the crash report below I would be most appreciative. I’m not particularly PC savvy but the data right at the end of the report would seem to indicate that part way though the flight there is a memory degradation issue. Am I reading this correctly? If so, what could be causing it and what can I do about it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I don’t see anything in that dump that records temperature levels. I suggest running a temp monitor that you can keep visible while the sim is running and watch to make sure that nothing is getting too hot. It would also be a good idea to proactively check inside your box and make sure there isn’t too much of a dust build-up. If it has been a while since it was built, you might also consider pulling the cooler off of the CPU and applying fresh thermal compound. I’ve lost count of how many strange slow-down/shut-down issues I’ve fixed on laptops at work by just cleaning fans and replacing thermal paste.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll see what I can do.
