Crashes on laptop

Hi, i really hope someone can help me with the following issue:
I have a Dell insppiron 15 3520 laptop with an i7 core1255u, intel iris xe graphics and 16 GB of RAM: I got msfs2020 premium deluxe as christmas gift, and technically my laptop meets all the requirements. Once we opened it it couldn’t even get into the game. So we reinstalled but same thing happened. Then i decided to go for msfs2020 standard, see if that would work, and i could get into the game, but only for 20 secs before it crashed…
Please help me, any tips? Upgrades i can do to my laptop?

So even when your leptop meets all requirements, it isn’t the best option.
I don’t know how to solve your problem but I would give you the advice to switch to an Xbox series X/S, or a good PC. But a Pc is very expensive. But other wise I can’t help you. But I hope your problem gets solved. ANd when you wanna switch your gaming setup, a Xbox is a very good juice because it isn’t too expensive.
