thanks… intresseting info… it mean its was a system issue ( update, whats ever ) or , if we assume you cleaned the pc completely ( all appdata folders are gone in that way ), an invalid file in appdata ( of course only for uses which had MSFS former installed on the pc, not a new install like in your case ).
Windows problems can be found with e.g. scans like sfc /scannow and the dism command.

MSFS run in generally also fine with windows 11.
