I just witnessed this airplane slam into the ground about 100 feet to the right of the runway edge, spin around, and taxi off the runway right into me, where I was holding short. In case you’re wondering, that’s not him tipping over from taking that corner too fast, he taxied over that way all the way from the grass.
Something has clearly gone haywire with the AI traffic, but I gotta say, it’s funny as hell.
This mess I found on Rwy 25 at GCTS…as you can see in ATC log I was cleared to land and never got a go around, despite this multi-aircraft mash-up 
Nightmare all over at Tenerife?
Oh dear lord, not again!
It appeared to be two A320s because one second it showed a green/white fuselage and in the next a yellow one. And somehow that poor TP was buried underneath it all.
This time however it was a perfectly clear day, so at least I could reduce speed early enough an land short.
