Create POI

I want to create POIs. I have no need to add scenery.

I found the post below in the archived SDK forum. I have a couple of questions. Can my project consist of just POIs? Can I create a dummy project which contains POIs anywhere in the world? Does the XML file need to have a specific name? I’ve had a quick play and haven’t had any luck yet.

I also would like to know how to create few poi locations in within xml file, pasting the coordinates from google map is quicker than being in game
