Since it looks like the store is managed by your Xbox account, if I buy an add-on airport such as KDEN or an ORBX scenery when using gamepass or the Microsoft store, if I switch to steam in the future will I still have access to my market place purchases?

I’m using gamepass now so I’ll go ahead and buy the airport I want since it’ll be avliable when I go to steam.
