Strange issue, last few MSFS 2020 flights, when switching to VR, the view continues to sink down outside of acft like falling into a large hole, looking up can see acft, grass, etc. Closing down Crystal, restart corrects issue. Is this due to poor lighting causing tracking issue? Also, for about a month, receive light flashing from 1300 to 1900 position from right side on occasion during the flight. Thoughts appreciated, thanks.
Does it happen with every aircraft? Was the aircraft in question working OK with Crystal before?
I don’t understand why do you mean by 1300 to 1900 position? To you mean 1 o’clock to 7 o’clock which would be 180 degrees to the right? Could this be a strobe light at the end of your right wingtip?
Are you using Crystal with the default frequency of 90Hz.
Are you using public or beta (1213) Crystal F/W? Beta has some issues.
Thanks for info. flashing appears in all acft 1 to 7 o’clock, one I use most is default XCub. Had an excellent flight for one hr. with default C172 this morning, only had one flash approx 3\4 through flt. Before the flight I did a re-room setup (public FW), eye tracking re-cla, updated Nivida drivers, windows 11 pro updated. I have been using MSFS 2020 Store DX12 since installing crystal, that could be a factor. Thanks again.
Just an update. Switched to DX11, seems to have corrected both issues with just over two hours flying VFR MS 2020. The many challenges of Flight Sim!!!
